MANAGER ASSETS AND PROJECTS
The Shire of Broomehill-Tambellup has a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Manager Assets and Projects to join our team on a fixed term contract for up to five years.
The Manager Assets and Projects oversees Council projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time and to a high standard. The role also manages tenders, contracts, and procurement, while leading asset management planning, providing advice for capital works and maintenance, and overseeing building maintenance and cleaning of Shire-owned facilities.
About You
You’re an experienced project and asset management professional who thrives on leading high-performing teams and delivering results. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you’re confident managing multiple priorities and identifying practical solutions.
You communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and have a proven ability to build strong working relationships. Your attention to detail, reporting skills, and proficiency with asset management systems, GIS, and Microsoft Office round out your capability to succeed in this dynamic role.
Remuneration and Benefits:
The position offers a competitive total remuneration package of $129,000 to $160,800, comprising:
- A cash component of $100,000–$120,000 per annum, depending on experience;
- Annual leave loading of 17.5%
- Up to 16.5% superannuation (with matching employee contribution)
